Experienced and Professional

You will receive a Therapeutic (may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, or Myofascial Release), MLD, or Ayurvedic massage experience that meets your needs. M'Liss trained at Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, Texas. She opened Moore Relaxed Massage in 2017 and has additional experience from working at Massage Heights at Parmer Crossing from 2018-2019. She is a lifelong learner, increasing her massage toolkit on a regular basis to benefit her clients.

M'Liss is an Apothecarist who believes in the power of plants! She pours her heart into making a variety of small batch herbal products using Central Texas herbs and herbs from her garden when available.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, soothing technique that increases lymphatic flow in your body. The lymphatic system helps remove fluid from your tissues, absorbs and transports nutrients from your digestive system, and moves white blood cells to and from your lymph nodes to support your immunity. MLD is useful in reducing inflammation in the body and effective for people with sinusitis, headaches, migraines, sprains, strains, fibromyalgia, as well as pre- and post-surgery.
